You mentioned in an earlier thread "Not requiring a complete overhaul in skills," in regards to the scoutsuit (Minny and Amarr) feedback, what do you mean by a Complete Overhaul?
I mean, is that for changing the bonus or does that extend to changing the % on the bonus?
Also, would you be willing to consider changes to their EHP (since you're already looking at CPU/PG)? |
