Well I am a 18mil sp tanker/ads player. I am so dedicated towards vehicle support I haven't even purchased drop suite command, upgrades or even the weaponry skill book. My favorite tank is my rail tank. For a while I used to have to run adv large turrets but now since I am a pc dependable player I can afford to run partical. duna2002 milkman and all the other ion cannon stompers know if they don't spawn kill my tank in amb they might as well recall because I don't play around. but that's enough about who I am and my play style let me address topics at hand.
Damp amp modifications- I love the way you change them it really prolongs the duration of tank battles and now every drop ship doesn't get two shorted by obsessive bored trolls in the redline. it tells people if you want to take on the people that have strong tanks you better start specing into tanks yourself because sicas in the redline with two damage amps at 60% damage boost with over 2300 damage a shot isn't going to cut it anymore.
rail gun base damage reduction- im personally not to found of this but I still manage to get by through months of practice and "skill"
rail gun heat build up increase- I don't think this was acceptable atl it was extremely depressing for me I used to be able to take on more then two tanks (even rail tanks) on at once by my self now I have to play guerrilla tactics like a cowards which simply is not my play style. two blasters tanks can rush my rail tank and probably take me out if I miss even just 1 shot. firing 6 shots may have been a little much but having to stop on the third isn't acceptable either if anything we should be allowed to only fire 5 before we over heat. some devs say they wanted tank battles to be mostly "strategy" im sorry but there is no strategy in these battles especially when dealing with tank spammers they just role in a moving iron wall of idk wtf to shoot first and if your a real tanker you know what I mean.
Blaster radical's- I have heard allot of complaints about this. in hotfix alpha I could see why you guys would make it so blasters couldn't snipe at 100 meters but a group of guys being able to dance in front of me is just unacceptable. A good compromise for this is uh if you have ever used a large blaster install since the hotfix you notice how it is a circle not just a dot and isn't exactly point and shoot but it doesn't spread the width ov my entire 72 inch screen (not really that bad)
armor rep reduction- extremely uncalled for especially since you guys fixed the bug where forge gun prof would actually work against tanks now in essence you nurfed tanks and buffed av. which is just wow. I have a maddruger that had 468.00 armor rep and a 80gj blaster to go hunt down av assholes that wont leave my rail tank alone. basicly its the tank I pull out to give the av something to av.
LAV- not ok how I have to stop shooting a tank to start shooting at a car to stay alive its a coward way to play really I started playing this game because one of the dev said it was a " thinking mans game" well there is not much thought into putting some remote on a miltia car and driving into a tank at medium speed and destroying it instantly. NOTHING IN THIS GAME CAN KILL A TANK AS FAST AS A LAV xD
AV in general- it is extremely strong and just one person with a miltai forge gun wont have any problems taking down any tanks and ever game I go in it seems that EVERYONE has a proto forge gun the fact that a weapon that you can carry around does more damage then a tank is extremely frustrating to me av just have it to easy in general. take notice splash damage as well forge guns like to get on tall buildings and shoot down on infantry with splash and rack up kisll that was. if your going to be crazy effective at taking down vehicles you shouldn't be rewarded with being able to get infantry kilss as well. its call AV = ANTI VECHLE for a reason. im not saying screew over Av like you did all of us tankers just make it more challenging for them because like I said before they have it simply to easy.
scouts- I find the extra equipment slot not ok but I don't have many problems with it they should really have one or the other not I just how how gal and cal scous just rain supreme over miny and ammar cal slayors are just everywhere they used that suite so they can pick everyone up on passive so they can run up on them spin around in a circle and shoot a combat rifle and or rail rifle of some proto variant. I love how minmatar scouts play the objective so well and are really fast but get bulled by 500 armor scouts my simple suggestions to fix this problem is to make armor raise your DB to make you more subsebtable to passive scans so you cants stack armor and be invisible to everyone good job ccp on putting damps on low and precision enhancers on high to make sacrifice a huge factor in radar but In the end it dosent matter to cal.
heavys- no problems with them just for the fact you can put light weapons in the H slots which is just not ok
assults- should have more passive bounuses to make them more favorable to players to use instead of scouts and logis replacing the front lines of the battle field
logis- very balanced caldari gets bullied though I love the nanohive bounus the hmg love my caldari hives!
cammadnos- balanced just my caldari cammnod is to slow considering its all shield but heck it is a heavy gal does get a tad bit to much armor though cammandos should not be subsebtable to logi the way it gets logied but gl are armor based so I don't know what to say

I liked your post until it devolved into tanker QQ.
Unfortunately most of CCP doesn't even play this game and the decision-makers are so ignorant that they don't even know how to make informed decisions without relying on the community to do it for them. I liked what you were saying about the railgun turret and I do agree that they probably did go too far with the nerf. Changing militia damage mods ONLY would've done it for me, I didn't even expect them to nerf railguns.
Forge guns are NOT that good, trust me. You NEED the proto, you can't do anything but make them think twice with the lesser meta levels. Stop crying about them and just adapt. Also splash damage is not what kills infantry. Direct hits do, and they are stupid for allowing themselves to get hit square on by a Forge. It is actually DIFFICULT and rewarding to kill infantry with a FG, so seriously stop QQing about something you don't even understand.
The blaster tank NEEDED to be given dispersion. You guys still slaughter infantry, and you know it. I will admit it could use about 20 more meters of accuracy but that's it. That's all it needs, plus dispersion itself makes your tank itself better at AV.
Armor rep NEEDED to be reduced because of invincible Madrugars. Again you are exaggerating how good the forge guns are against you. Just throw in a fuel injector and run away if they're getting through your hardener. Madrugars didn't even need hardeners as long as they stacked reps and it was OP.
I don't have a single point into vehicles in my main character with 30 million, but I have been using my 6 million Gunnlogi and you need to realize what it feels like from the infantry's perspective. Since I am infantry I KNOW how to avoid them and the ONLY thing that bothers me when I am tanking is OTHER TANKS.
TL;DR I like what you had to say about the railgun nerf being overkill, but the rest is just nonconstructive QQ about Forges and the Madrugar nerf.

I agree with OP FOTM about AV vs Tanks. Militia Forge is good enaugh to shoot LAV or infantry from the top of building. Hell even Nikkon 9k Forge isn't good against Tanks. Without any extra help it's barely impossible to kill Tank. I'm not talking about low SP militias or careless people. One dedicated caldari proto FG stuffed with DMG modes plus any other AV guy should destroy any dedicated Tanker and even now it's possible only if driver is dummy and can't escape properly. No more one man army. Adapt and use teamwork. We av infantry were listening to this all the time from Your community. Now it's Your turn. Besides still 75% players on map can't harm You while Forge Gunner need extra support, nades because we got limited ammo.
