I know it wont have as much stealth or scanning as an actutal scout suit but with all the slots it seems like a proto logi could come pretty close. They also have the reduced pg and cpu for items which isnt as great as the 15% reduction for cloaking but logi suits have more cpu and pg anyway. So do you think it could work well enough to use at competitive level? I always thought logi suits could copy a lot of other suits if fitted right. |

You could probably do it. Depends on the logi. I'd favour the Callogi for it personally.

Yes-ish. When it comes to Boitics, probably not, but you can get reasonably close on EWAR. You'll have to decide which portions of EWAR you want to focus on (range, precision and/or dampening) and how squishy you're happy to be.
Two complex precision enhancers will get you to about 26dB, two complex range amps will get you to about 47m scan radius, and two complex dampeners gets you to about 25dB. Caldari is probably the best choice due to the 9 module slots, but any of them can manage it to a similar extent.
It'll let you catch out most mediums and heavies, as well as lightly dampened scouts.

i manage a basic cloak on my advanced minatar logi with about 530 ehp, boundless proxies, and adv droplinks, exo MD. it is my pilot/survival suit, it's saved me numerous times as the tank that shot me down drives inches by. it's worthless tho vs any suit with scanning skills, but i have killed some other infantry that couldn't scan me. the most fail thing i think i ever saw was a a cloaked commando.,

90% of my suits have at least one dampening module.
That makes you invisible on the tacnet to most of the suits of your class and can really surprise scouts if your dampening is good enough. |

Just compare the stamina/speed of the logi and scout suits, you'll figure it out. |

You can adapt logis to different playstyles but it will always have a medium frame - you can waste a lot of isk too as you'll be using modules instead of built in skills. |
