Unlike the rest of the equipment, they completely suck unless they are on a Gallente scout,and they are pretty OP on that suit. The whole idea of lighting people up like a christmas tree is completely broken. First of all, all of the scanners should have the same scan time, and it shouldn't get dB per level, as they already can stack precision enhancers. This way, Minmatar scouts can hopefully hide from scanners and not be useless. And the scan system should be determined by the amount of dB the suit has AND the amount of noise the target is making. So the main variables will be sound and dB. The lower your dB, the the less brighter you will appear, as well as what action you are taking.
Also, give Amarr scouts a better bonus already...

How about they just give amarr scout a bonus to the scp? I mean.... Min scout has a bonus to nova knifes  Idk just throwing things out there for discssion

Some people suggested that you're scan profile should be determined by how much hp you have.

Because we have more than 1 pistol. I'm pretty sure the plan was to give the min scout the bonus of just knives in general, however, they did not release them.
