Data saves to PSN cloud (or whatever they call it)

Was updated to HF Alpha
First attempt at HF Bravo download was last night
Tried Reset, Restart, Reinstall
Deleted Game then reinstalled (downloaded from download history, not by searching the PS Store)
Reset modem and Router

I already had it working with hot fix bravo for a little while, but after that i tried again and it failed. I think I'm gonna try right now again
Cat Merc said that he found it takes 20-100 retries to get it to work, so I'm gonna test the validity of it

Played hotfix bravo for a whole day, got error after downtime

Don't know my modem specs, but I'm hardwired to my modem, not using WiFi
Tried 4 accounts at various times with the most being my main I tried around 50 times
Reset, restarted, reinstalled, downloaded once from the ps store and then second time got error message and had to download from history, also defragged my ps3 multiple times before and after reinstalling

Confirmed this does work, just glance out of the corner of your eye at the screen while doing something else. Otherwise you will go insane everytime the corrupt data screen pops up, but you will get by it eventually.

I would also like to confirm that retrying works. A friend of mine got in after about 40 tries. We switched to a wired connection around attempt 35. Not sure if that helped.

Yea I forgot to mention I was wired. I'm interested in the ISP. Seen that happen too many times where everyone affected was on the same ISP.

Additional things I tried.
Turned off the saving data to PSN
Tried deleting and downloading the game by searching the PS Store, "An error has occurred"
