they should look at the assault rail rifle. its dps only 2pts hgher than the normal RR, for a small drop in range. it also has the same ammo capacity and clip size. needs to be brought in line with other assault variants.
maybe increase rof a bit so we dont have to increase damage to bring up the dps?
also lower the charge up time for the ARR to something like .2 or .25 seconds
lastly, could we trim some of the fat off the iron sights? |

the AR is doing fine too now. its actually doing what its supposed to do: assault. as a tradeoff, it still doesnt perform well at battles where accuracy (SCR) and/or range (RR/CR?) are key. but its finally deadly at close-mid range now.
anyways, as for the suggestion, i'll say no. we dont want a repeat of 1.7. the RR is the best choice for what it was meant for: attacking at a ranged distance.
