I LOVE how in my support ticket CCP kept repeating "nobody else reported the same issue" even though I linked my thread TWICE that had more people with the same issue.
And now it's spreading!
Anyway, here is the solution someone figured out:
Keep doing the retry, it should eventually sync right.
It can take 20-100 attempts.
Yup, 20-100.
Bring snacks.

Tried logging on an alt character and this happened.
I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that they just released hotfixes, and my alt didn't have the update synced for the hotfixes to apply properly.
Or maybe it just doesn't like my alt character because of the new data in the hotfixes...hmmm
