DISCLAIMER: Dust/Legion are assumed synonymous. This is an attempt at future content-based discussion for Dust, Legion, or Otherwise. All of my suggestion is based on current content (If something is not on the list, it's probably already in the game). Please keep constructive.
Equipment that is missing that I want to see some incarnation of:
Handheld Support (Heal, ECM) (excludes Injectors, since they should be more or less universal)
[AMR][Heal] Armor Pump (single target) +: single large dose of armor to ally, variants have multiple small charges -: must recharge, weak for active tanking, not usable on vehicles or installations
[AMR][ECM] Energy Siphon (forward cone) +: forces most enemy equipment to recharge, nullifies shield recharge and armor repair for period of time, destroys deployables -: absurdly long recharge, small area of effect
[CAL][Heal] Shield Starter (single target)(would be NI) +: rep tool style, point to start an ally's shield recharge cycle and boost it by a small amount -: short range, situational
[CAL][ECM] Concentrated Jammer (forward cone) +: an anti-active scanner, cancels all scanned information on enemies in AoE for breif period of time -: purely offensive, long recharge
[GAL][Heal] Defrag Tool (single target) +: refreshes HUD, instantly recharges and all equipment, and increases scanning abilities and hack speed while active -: not much of a heal, more of a buff tool
[MIN][ECM] Target Painter (single target) +: locks on and highlights one target for an extended period of time, all squad members do extra damage to target -: only one target may be locked at a time (maybe variations)
Deployable (Offensive, Defensive)
[AMR][DEF] Solitude Matrix (stationary) +: prevents enemy equipment from being placed inside its very large radius -: extremely high profile
[CAL][OFF] Shield Wall (stationary) +: deployable shield, suggested 1000/1500/2000 HP damagable by small arms -: mostly to close doors, not a lot of hp, and flux still instapops
[GAL][DEF] Support Drone (mobile) +: floats where deployed and scans area/reps passing allies, comes with guidance laser -: kind of obvious, hard to control
[GAL][OFF] Sentry Drone (mobile) +: patrols and defends position with light blaster, comes with guidance laser -: mostly an annoyance or distraction, hard to control
[MIN][DEF] Webifier Field (stationary) +: slows all enemy movement speed within a large radius, especially effective against vehicles -: very high profile, only slightly hinders infantry movement
Active (Boost, Tactical)(NEW)
[AMR][Boost] Crystalization Matrix +: break open a canister of nanites that harden your armor so you take 3/5/7% less damage -: slow recharge, highly situational
[AMR][Tactical] Chaff Cloud +: Mostly a large smoke cloud that deploys on you, prevents any lock-ons in the cloud, cools weapons in AoE -: slow recharge, high visibility reduction (can be good), pretty obvious, doesn't stop scans
[CAL][Boost] Shield Battery +: instantly boost to your own shields, 33/50/66, starts your recharge cycle -: absurdly long recharge, highly situational, shuts off your scanners for a brief period of time
[GAL][Boost] Nanite Pulse +: instantly boost to your own armor, 60/80/100 -: absurdly long recharge, highly situaltional, breaks your shields on use (draws energy)
[GAL][Tactical] Dampening Field +: a counterpart to the Cloak Field, extreme dampening, you get a degree of color desaturation to decrease visibility, fast recharge -: still not invisible, but you're pretty close
[MIN][Boost] Endorphine Surge +: increases sprint speed, stamina recharge rate, and reload speed for a brief period of time -: drugs are bad, mkay?
[MIN][Tactical] Damage Optimizer +: draws what power it can from your suit and redirects it for an increased 3/5/7% weapon damage and range -: completely shuts off all scanning capabilities for a brief period of time, stops shield regen
Thoughts? Comments? Additions? Also the Weapons Wishlist here.

I'd suggest giving it a capacitor, similar to that seen in the Cloak Field. Then we could simply make the Flux Grenades severely drain the capacitor instead. If a Flux Grenade caused it to deactivate instantaneously then it would be worthless, as everyone would simply run flux grenades.
Though my addition to this idea is that it should have a radii of 8/10/12m.
