I was thinking about this the other day and i can't think of any other mod that gives 2 bonuses. No wonder its so OP in this game. |

The obvious one is reactive plates
Not so obvious: Shield regulators (shield delay, and shield depleted delay)

Actually, most modules effect multiple modifiers.
Even plates which affect walk speed, sprint speed, strafe speed, jump height and rotation speed.
The cloak is still really a gimmick if the user isn't great at scouting. Most people just lack situational awareness. I often hear scouts walking behind me if there isn't too much action going on.
The Amarr scout bonus is like the old Amarr sentinel bonus. No one needed 25% reduction to overheat damage on a heavy;_;

What about... Nanohives that regenerate both armor and ammunition? That's two things, right?

I mostly meant moduals that give a bonus to 2 attributes. Most mods that do so don't do either very effectively such as armor that has a rep. |
