Thank god for the 10% damage bonus it actually rounds out the weapon, if they're in your stump of an effective range anyway. (If I get their back) I just learned that the commando skills are not shield/armor specific like proficiency is so I can never achieve a kill against a proper heavy with the burst. You are indeed blessed with a non-nerfed class skill that does something useful I'm not resting in peace but rather wandering as a zombie in vengeance of no good reason
