I doubt anything will happen in these regards but could there be a better method Informing Pilots of Strike Locations? and If a Pilot or their Corp or their Alliance is Marked Full Blue Could they Drop Orbital Strikes in Planetary Conquest for a Corp?

And the Full Blue makes it so Corps may call upon allies to drop Orbital Strikes even if they are not necessarily in their alliance.

I always thougt that there should be pings in local overview (eve side) and perhaps even some sort or chat notification that hits corp or primary channel. Imagine if the pings for match went out wide enough you might start to get a lot of ronin or solo FW guys hitting MH.
More people that get the word means more people will probably be diving on the LP factory that OBs are now.

my only problem with orbitals is lack of notification when you can use one.

I really would just like to see OB support completely opened up with a pilot able to fire OBs for whoever they want. If an enemy connects as OB support for your battle well you should clear them off with your own pilots.
Also, I think it's time to finally remove War Barge strikes from Planetary Conquest. Folks have had plenty of time to seek out support, which was why War Barge strikes weren't removed originally from PC.

EDIT: Also, FW gives LP so there's a meaningful value added interaction on both sides of the equation, it would be nice to have PC follow suit (no I don't mean give LP, but something)

Do you mean in battle on in system.
Its not hard to post in a shared channel Arzad II Dist 17 and have a mildly competent plexer warp to planet for strikes.
If you mean on foot then sure though I'm not sure how it could be done technically as the current method serves well enough.

So...good fights in the sky then.
Also, I don't think guys realize that under optimal conditions you can score 20k LP for a single OB. Granted that's very unusual but its the highest i've seen reputable reporting on...average is around 6k. 6K is pretty damn legit for LP for dropping a single strike.

Heck no Jaysn do you even know how hard it would be to co-ordinate even small scale OB runs if ALL the ******* pirates in system knew you were there?
Not to mention WT's, it would not be profitable enough to commit a small fleet to it, nor to bother with single players, when my ships could cost more ISK than the battle is even worth.
And then letting Neuts control battlefield OB support? Screw that.

Well...since i can pull PC timers off the interwebs that has certainly assisted me in locating targets. For FW....i've seen a few gangs trolling the active conflict planets/
I see your point but to a degree i like the idea of needing to organize on both dust and Eve side to get fights.
I do think you need to be FW aligned to drop the OBs. I just think it's ok for folks like me that are unaffiliated with FW to roll in and say "Hi There!" with a face full of HAMs.

Local shouldn't know... For all of the reasons Adamance Said, I've dropped OBs for months and I would kill people if local found out, if you want to know, you get a spy...
