Lol assault rifle. but im mostly wondering like RS90 vs BK42 Previously the BK due to better range and lower fitting requirements. Now, range has been equalised. BK is still easier to fit, but the RS90 has better sights so has a slight advantage at range. BK is a beast in CQC but hipfire from the RS90 is excellent and the burst fire helps somewhat with ammo conservation. BK also has a slight DPS advantage, but is harder to maintain target. To be honest, I use both. I have assault fits using the BK when I know I'm going to be in tight quarters or there's a lot of heavies on the field, and RS fits for when I'm using open ground or expect to be working at a distance. It would make more sense to run a BK42 with a scrambler and a RS with an SMG. My favourite though is Breach Shotgun and assault SMG. Nothing lasts as long in Dust as watching a breach shotgun being reloaded. Nothing lasts as short as a clone being headshot by a breach shotgun. Not One Lifetime

Having accurate hipfire allows you to strafe and shoot with terrifying accuracy and effectiveness. The high damage per shot conserves ammunition and makes it a great anti-heavy rifle. It also makes Alpha damage high so when you get the jump on someone you have dug a considerable hole in HP. GB-9 is really only outclassed by the GEK when in point blank scenarios where the GEK accuracy issues are lesser factors and is able to land more shots. Smell the burning flesh.
