you have not idea how many times im hacking and someone spans behind me with a shot gun so i lose my suit (cant fight back) and i fail to hack it. why cant we get some points for attempting the hack, i mean not very much but maby even 25 points? wud defenitly help out if its not just a high risk possiblely reward medium reward. and most time the hack fails so maby 5 points if the enemy counter hacks in time?

if this happens it will be a high risk with a garintead small reward and a possably medium reward and as such i wud try hacking more often
cause it could be abused.. there is like 4 quarters so lets say 25 points a quarter for attempted hack.. people get 3/4 then stop and start again... if you want to hack raise your hacking skill, run minmatar scout and use hacking tool to further increase your hack speed.. and since you use a scout suit throw a cloak on there too and CLOAK-SPEED-HACK.. its not hard

Are you even aware that many shotgun wielding scouts use cloak fields? They de-cloak and kill you. To prevent the hack and to get +50WP. Allowing you to get points in the scenario doesn't make sense.
You died, you lost. Same thing. Very few games reward you for failure. 
Nobody at CCP cares because we ain't Legionnaires.
