Hey people, I'm looking for your thoughts.
I currently have around 2 million SP sitting doing nothing and would like your thoughts on dropsuits. At the moment I have Adv. in Amarr Medium/Assault and Amarr Heavy/Sentinel. Is it worth going Proto on one of these? I was thinking of maybe speccing into a different suit completely, maybe Minmatar Logi or Scout?

If you have your core skills maxed and a weapon at a decent point ( i assume you do) i would proto the sentinel suit. But it depends on what you like and your playstyle. |

yes it is worth skilling the amarr sentinal. that extra damage reduction really helps you survive. and you dont need the proto suit to gain the bounues.
i cant say anything about assualts i dont run them.

I have level 5 on shield & armor upgrades, and level 3 on extenders and reps. Most weapons are Adv. but Proto on HMG, Sniper & Swarms. |

I would say get the extenders and reps to proto then save for the suit. Those skills will benefit any suit you use if you like shields and reps :) |

What's you goal?
Kills, WP, ISK efficiency?
Kills: Sentinel (but really the ADV is good. Build relative Skills.)
WP: Logi (Uplinks and Rep Tool to 5)
ISK: Scout (be a ***** and Snipe. Load up on Nanos, use the mobility to get better vantage points.)

Amarr Assault is getting buffed in the next update; we're getting another low slot at all tiers (making us the best assault in the game, in my opinion)
Also, Amarr Logi is pretty good for utility if you don't mind being slow and not having an HMG to make up for it.

I wouldn't bother with the extenders, but I'd proto your reps first. Personally I love the Amar Sentinel, but I'd proto your assault.
The Sentinel is situational whereas the assault is a good all around fighter.
Not new, just new to you.

Thanks guys.
My main aim really is to have fun and help whatever team I'm on so I like to be versatile. I've haven't tried scouts or logis which is why I was thinking of those, but I should really specialise I guess. |

Along with what boba said, the Amarr Assault is only worth getting if you plan on using the Scrambler Rifle.
Amarrians would prefer you be faithful... I'd rather you be logical.
