As an experiment last night, I put three kin kats on an advance sentinal with a hmg - probably gonna keep this build for a while. It took a few enemies buy surprise...will be experimenting a bit more tonight!

The way I like to think about it is a Kinetic Catalyzer being a micro warp drive from EVE. it doesnt improve your base speed but it does increase your sprint speed for a good while. and regular sprinting is like an AB.
ALSO please consider putting Kin Cats in the highslots. This is something a lot have players have been wanting since closed beta.

They used to affect walking speed way back in Beta.
The result was insane strafe speeds, that combined with bad hit detection, made the First Golden Age of Scouts, since they were impossible to hit. |

You can effectively make it so that your sprint speed is twice your movement speed on the Gallente Scout lol

It's like 6k per suit & is the perfect assault. All you need to do is watch your shields & duck into cover before your armor chips away. Haven't tried it since stunlock was removed though.

People like to do it on Gallente.
However this is strictly a Pub tactic. Kin cats are, in all seriousness, meant for the Minmatar Sentinel.
My thoughts on Hotfix Alpha: First I noticed a scout running from my AR. Then a heavy. Then a COMBAT RIFLE USER. CCP +1
