Are there any plans on closing the gaps between kb/m users with those who use the console controllers?
The strafing of a kb/m user is much more effective than than that of a controller user. Mainly because of the acceleration speed tops out more quickly . This is particularly noticeable in heavies, scouts and maddies, and should be seen as an unfair advantage.
Options:
1) Increase acceleration time to max speed for kb/m users
2) Decrease acceleration time to max speed for console controllers.

There's actually a thread somewhere around here, where someone actually already worked out the math out for you guys to balance the two to one another.

Yes. I would love to have no acceleration on my DS3.
May have to take out Aim Assist though, which I'm totally okay with.

Can I be honest here?
Whenever I see this argument, I just think it is QQ from people who aren't as good at joystick as people like me, who've been video gaming on Nintendo platforms for over 15 years.
It's like crying that people that don't lag win and you don't. You obviously need to take responsibility for it and fix your internet connection.
My thoughts on Hotfix Alpha: First I noticed a scout running from my AR. Then a heavy. Then a COMBAT RIFLE USER. CCP +1

I can strafe just well with my ds3, but not as quickly as kb/m users. Internet connection has 0 to do with this.
All I see is people fighting to keep an unfair advantage over the vast majority of the player base.
