Less speed penalty for that extra 30-40 hp We want are stamina regeneration back (yeah we noticed) One more low slot on the assault Gallente and Amarr sentinels should switch layouts And for love of jebus THE AMARR SCOUT needs: To be faster than every assault A better bonus (look for em' I'm on my phone) And more gold (kinda optional but just throwing it out there)
Its alright everyone, no need to worry it's just an Amarr scout :(

Agree almost everything except "THE AMARR SCOUT needs: To be faster than every assault", that is Min scout's line. sure Am scout need to be fixed but I think they can't do anything about it until they fix run Cal/Gal scout or go home first. |

Keep the bonus just raise the speed by 1% or 1.5%.It does have more hp so only by 1% or 1.5% seems reasonable.I use the scout and its not bad.That bonus is useful to my scout plans.Also give it a bonus to the scramble rifle.Stamina is just 1 bonus,so add another one

It bears the name of a scout and should be treated like one so it definitely needs to faster than the matar assault.

At the moment if you're not using EWAR you're better off using a MinAssault than an AmScout.
Does everything better; if Amarr could run faster maybe that would be different.

Only people I've seen use the suit are loyalists and that shouldn't be as is.

Proto Amarr Scout here, trust me, I only use it out of loyalty, the suit is terrible, I can make it work, but it's terrible.
Just about everything Amarr in this game is inferior to the other racial counterparts.
Amarr Assault is slow and clunky due to the unneeded speed penalty. The assault also suffers from a dual tanking slot layout.
The scout is simply terrible.
The scrambler does 139% to shields with proficiency V (overkill) yet still only does 80% to armor...the proficiency changes really hurt the weapon.

When I ran the numbers before hotfix alpha I looked at how much a speed penalty of 5% (the Amarr Assault one, I think) was worth in hitpoints if no fitting requirements were necessary - a free armor low slot module, so to speak. I arrived at about 80 hp.
I feel that this sort of armor bonus would off-set the speed penalty nicely. Since you're always going to armor tank your Amarr suit I think it's alright to keep the speed penalty and turn it into a proper armor advantage. The same could be done for other suits of the golden flavor. |

Right now, Gal ass can stack armor more than us with inner rep.

I have both Am Scout and Min scout but run Min more often because NK bonus. The thing is Min is speed and Ama is a brick reflex to EVE. That is why I don't agree to give Ama a speed, but Amr should have something else. |
