My biggest concern is alt-farming macros.
People already alt-farm on the PS3: that is making an alt just to send the starting ISK to their actual character.
On PC, you can automate this to make it a serious issue.

Luckily the PC environment does lend itself to being able to increase the ability to monitor cheaters. A problem we're very much aware of exists currently in dust.
