Funny story, and something that made me realize something.
I was in an ambush, just doing a quick rub out before going to a demolition derby, and I saw it. The holy grail of all noobs. This guy wore a hobo fit, which should indicate something straight off the bat. Anyway, he also had a shotgun, and he was shooting at a guy behind cover, who was 30 meters away.
It made me realize something, these are the people I smash on a daily basis. Mercilessly. I need competition, and good competition at that.
So, I'm now looking for competitive battles. TLOD is currently at a decline, so we're not getting that much action. Willing to ring against anyone, so long as they bring a good fight. Even Tso's is an open alliance to ring against.
And as far as payment goes, I'm guessing that the new changes to PC pretty much killed that, so I can get with that (doesn't mean I won't turn down pay).
And as for my skill sets, well I've done this so many times its gotten boring. I am a dude with 41 mil SP, I've invested it in stuff.

We've specced into nearly the same sets. With a few different suits and weapons of course. But our skill sets and the fact that we're both total scrubs are almost identical.
