That dispresion is so fking big tbat i must be 30m from enemy. I dont see use for dampeners now. In my cal i see everyone for 75meters, they actualy prefer to tank/speed tank.I dont have to damp myself too... In that case caldari play style (mine)be invisible, hunt scouts is now 2x barder (due to low hp by ewar modules, and tanked ememies). So what will bravo bring next?..

From 40m my bullets are dancing 2m from target.....

That may be true, but there are plenty of scouts going 1-10. If you average ALL scouts you are probably going to end up around 1-1. If you average all tanks, its going to be higher than that and if you average all tanks versus only infantry, no vehicle/vehicle kills counted, it is going to be like 6-1. Because, that's why.
