It's as if no one is using them. What gives? My Caldari Scout is seeing everyone. Were people relying on the dampening bonus of the cloak that much? Now that the bonus is gone, it's as if no one wants to use up a slot for another dampener.
Oh well, this seems better for me. I can now make my Scout ck.0 into the ultimate assault suit. With four complex shield extenders and 2 complex ferroscales, I'm tanking over 700 eHP with no speed penalties. Accompanying this are rep hives and a Six Kin Assault Combat Rifle.
With shoddy hit detection and the Caldari Light Frames' weird strafing speeds, I'll be a god in close quarters one versus one engagements. |

Maybe because we need to sacrifice 3 slots to dodge you running 2 (or somethin BS like that) and i'm talking about suits that actually have problems running 75% full proto, not that OP galscout.(minja)
My Lv3 galscout runs:
duvolle AR, sr-25 bolt
Locus
2x Cx Shield extender
1x Complex Kincat
1x complex Damp
2x conplex Ferroscale
Enhanced cloak
K-2 nano
Wanna know how well my Lv4 minja fits a Mk.0?
Six Kin ACR
m512 SMG
NO NADE
2x complex Shield Extender
1x Basic Damage mod
2 damps
1 kincat
Compact hive
Basic needle
No cloak? Yeah. I'd need to drop the kincat completely and run another damp, and then i could run a cloak past Std(because i actually need that 5% to dodge your BS PE stacked ass)
In short: it's useless to even try, with what we have to sacrifice to dodge even 3damp calscouts, wemd still be Alpha'd off the map thx to Calscouts an their 300 shields.

Lol my c1 series scout with 3 adv precision enhancers would see you a mile away.

I'll admit though, I have noticed that I'm seeing a lot more people lately, even with no precision enhancers on my Minmatar scout, people are lighting up. Then again, no one ever really used profile dampeners before, so it's really nothing new.

I laughed pretty hard when I killed Shotty GoBang twice in one match with it today. He was in full proto.
My thoughts on Hotfix Alpha: First I noticed a scout running from my AR. Then a heavy. Then a COMBAT RIFLE USER. CCP +1

I do use profile dampeners on my scout. On the other hand i aswell spam 2 active scanners on my Gk.O logi and trust me scouts cry when they are scanned in their squishy suits. |
