I am the Catlandian Prince Catius Mercius.
Me and my family have been imprisoned by the Dogmantian Empire and are being held ransom.
Our captores demand 5,000,000 ISK (FIVE MILLION) for our release.
The Mercius family posses 4,500,000,000 ISK (FOUR AND A HALF BILLION) in cans of tuna, however we cannot access our wealth, and as such cannot pay the ransom ourselves.
