I'm on the forums everyday, and I read the Hotfix Alpha notes several times. Am I just blind, did I somehow miss them saying they were introducing a new vehicle Armor skill? Did anyone know of this?

Can't provide a link, but it's in the skill tree between Armor fitting optimization and repair systems.
Edit: it's another "Pilot Suit", it's in the skill tree, but no skill book for purchase.

This is in fact true.
There were only two skills after the main armor skill and now there are three. 
The Skill now Reduces armor penalty.

It used to be in the skill list (in character sheet) for some time but only recently added to the skill tree.
It used to crash my client every time I looked at it.
Still can't buy it yet. |

CCP can you please give the community some clarification on this Skill/bug? Is this something we are getting soon? Is it just a bug? Are you trolling us? Please just let us know either way. I have 1million SP saved up for a proto sentinel suit but if that skill is coming I'd prefer to spunk it all on this new skill instead. Many thanks.

It's basically useless.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim
