Have you not read all the news about this?
If you haven't, I will elaborate.
A few months ago, at some developers conference, they had a project in which devs had 2 weeks I think to come up with a game. This was mostly an exercise in creativity, and just for fun.
One developer demoed Goat Simulator. The interwebs went crazy, and actually thought it looked like a fun game.
So the devs in question set about to make some quasi playable version of it. The game itself was released not too long ago, and many people have eaten it up.
The charm is its silliness and glitches. They just recently added a patch for free that added a bit more content, and I think even multiplayer.
I suggest watching some gameplay. It just looks hilarious.
