What did they break?
Flaylock still broken?
Anything specific to be aware of?
How did they screw over Minmatar this time?

I came back today and things seem a little bit better.
PR definitely needs more of a buff and the Plasma Cannon can now at least hurt tanks and make them stay on guard.
Not sure about Combat Rifle though, haven't run into that many surprisingly.
Stealth Gallente Scouts have all moved to either Loldari Scout or Heavy tanked Scout Suits.
Armor Reps are great now especially if your are Gallente. Active armor tanking is now possible for Infantry.
But amidst all the good and bad, it's all offset by the ungodly amount of Lag this game is having.
And that is the primary reason why I didn't bother to play anymore, that's it. If it wasn't for the constant lag I'd think about coming back.

I've read it and while this is my first time on the forums in quite a while, I've however been around long enough to know what's planned and what happens tends to be vastly different with CCP.
That said if you have nothing but sarcastic remarks to make I suggest keeping your mouth shut Amarr.

Speed tanking is viable again Stunlock is gone and it's the only thing keeping my Minja alive at the moment. Stealth tanking on the Min Scout not so muchGǪ Knives seem to be working greatGǪ Flaylock not fixed
Only had a few matches with the changes so farGǪ so early to really give you anything concrete info wise.

Fell through maps running along terrain for no reason multiple times today? (still no reply from my ticket)
Flaylock is still getting Dusty. (puny, I know.)
CR is still a great weapon. Only notice the DMG decrease when fighting shield stacked CalSents.
AR is still meh. Definitely out DPS'd by the CR with similar range.
Minmatar are still meh. At least the Amarr are still worse.
TBH it still feels like the same game before the hot fix. The only real notable and noticeable change is the removal of the 'stun lock'. |

Dear Sinboto,
I regret to inform you, they have broken our minjas. We light up like Christmas trees unless pretty much all low slots are used for dampeners. I feel more vulnerable to ambushes and attacks since omniscient installations were removed.
With the reduced cloak duration, you can no longer make long trips to infiltrate enemy territory for hacking purposes.
With the number of slots and fitting difficulty, running any minja other than proto has gotten neigh impossible.
We've lost a lot of good minjas out there.

i think the minmatar are good at what they do.
removing stun lock was the best thing that could happen for the speed tanker scouts.
the flaylock is very useful in some situations and i still love it as my preferred sidearm for min scouts.
they didnt screw over minmatar in any specific way. i still use my minmatar assaults to full use for fast and aggressive speed and hunting and traveling quickly.
as a minmatar scout i dont see any problems with these fixes, i dont need 30 seconds to hide and run most of the time. i make my runs, find my targets, do what i need to do, and then leave. thats usually how it is when im shotgunning or nova kniving.
when ever i am speed tanked i cant run a cloak but i dont need to since i can run fast and i am actually better than i usually am at scouting and assassinating and sneaking around combat.

i dont think your 100% correct, since i usually run basic scouts i am use to my newish scouting tactics. we dont light up like christmas trees and i have been undetected by many foes, unless they have a good scanner. i have slipped through enemy lines and nova knived them with no problem of being detected besides direct line of sight of being spotted.
the minmatar scout is still good, but you just need to be more aware and careful of the targets you choose to attack or go near. even with a basic cloak i can still put on enough shield and armor mods to survive encounters, as long as its not proto or a shotty.
