i dont think that it will be on 3 becouse they also had EVE VALKYRIE on 3 but then moved it to unreal 4

Nope, it's UE3.
They had Valkyrie on "vanilla" UE3 before they decided to switch - Legion is running on a heavily upgraded, virtually unrecognisable version, one which already supports of the features and tech they would want from UE4. |

Does that mean you will have height maps? kidding. Just the fact that sometime a few years from now I can play Legion on the PC just makes me all ooglie wooglie on the outside and deviant on the inside  the demo looked good at the fanfest per youtube, especially orbital strikes. For some reason I thought Legion would be on the UE4, no biggie :)
