Complex Precision enhancers (20%) aren't as effective as Complex Profile Dampeners (25%), and scout dropsuitt scan profile (35db) is lower than scout dropsuit scan precision (40db), so anti-assassin fits will never be 100% effective. I simply ignore any shotgun death as being due to poor game design.
