First off Dust is not evolving. It's like an artist that releases two albums 3 years apart. Sometimes it's evolution and sometimes it's a different music style completely. There is no way to know because we, literally, know only one thing about legion AND it wasn't officially announced by any leadership. It was answer to a question I had in a thread I posted a few weeks back. The answer was that it is planned to be a FPS.
PS3 isn't dead. They are still making games for it. Sony is still supporting it. A lot of players still have one. Your statement has absolutely zero evidence supporting it.
I agree with your number 1 and I'm sure others do as well.
I made 1 post asking CCP if legion was going to be a FPS. I got a response indicating it was. That is all we know. There is no other information to include how or if it will be 100% persistent with Eve. There is no mention it will even replace Dust514 and as far as any evidence is concerned it will be a different game altogether.
You're stating false statements. Deal with it.
