What game has this/these person(s) Mastered? ... It looks like you still don't understand what a regular GM or what a CCP GM does. They don't master a game, they are people who acts as an organizer, officiant for questions regarding rules, arbitrator, and moderator for a multiplayer role-playing game, and have special privileges that let them do so. From my experience playing a game from CCP, these GMs are also there handle help tickets, can rename your character, take part in investigations involving game activities, can on rare occasions give give respecs, manage bans, monitor these forums, gather feedback from these forums and give them to the relevant devs, stuff relating to being what a person with admin powers in a game would do, and more.
