How come the caldari doesn't at least get a shield buff for assault class suits? We all know shields are sorta trash compaired to armor. It would only seem fair that the race who practically invented shields would get a passive bonus like the faction that has mastered armor. It would echo of how things are set up eve side as well. |

The minmatar do have a speed advantage. They have the highest base speed. If you're saying that they need a bonus to module efficiency that is an entirely different matter. I think such a proposal would require some serious testing to make sure it wasn't OP.

Perhaps module bonuses applied via the racial suits instead of additional built in stuff like the reps for gal suits?

Thanks for the response fellas., I I'm dont think that's not a bad proposal at all man. I'd really hate to see the current Amarr asault buff to be lost though, seeing that it's the only pasive weapon buff worth a darn. Unless they gave each suit a double passive bonus. I dont see a major issue with that, so long as they are not over done. |

Considering that both scouts and heavies get double racial passive bonuses, it would be odd to exclude assaults from the cool "two bonus" club.
Then again, CCP does do some odd things...

Anything that gives the Caldari a bonus to shield performance in any way would be very very welcome.
Even, 5% per level to HP capacity and recharge rate of shields, would be amazing! (Or what ever % people feel is needed) |

My thought is that it would be across all suits of each race and would not replace existing role bonuses. Would also mean than gal suits lose their built in reps. That seems like a fair suggestion. Perhaps CCP will use that same line of thinking, if we're lucky. |
