I'm in a similar boat. I am out of stuff I want to spec into. Shield suits are all I care about, armor suits hold no interest for me whatsoever, so that leaves me with Caldari suits and Minmatar suits. I have no interest in FotM suits, so CalScout/Heavy is out. In fact, the only Heavy suit not considered FotM right now is the Minmatar and it's not worth speccing into in it's current state. The CalCommando's bonus does nothing for me since I refuse to use RR's (in my mind way more OP than the CR because they do comparable DPS over a MUCH greater range), and the MinCommando would require me speccing up through the Heavy basic frames, which seems to me to be a waste of SP. I don't do tanks, and I already have everything LAV/Dropship related that I want. And I've got every weapon at least at op 1, but every weapon I actually use at least at op 4 (all but like 4-5 are at op 4), every passive skill at 5 and every equipment skill exactly as far as I need it to use the ones I can fit and use. If your going to take this away from galentes you have to do it for caldari to. just saying that caldari should to have to take away HP slots if the want to se sh*t on passive. Not be so defensive when their HP should rightfully be taken away from them..
