And advance with proton lowered by 15-10,then its only righ to lower the cpu and pg from the cloak with no and barly no damp.Advance and proton can stay the same,or lower them by 16 cpu-5pg or somthing.For standard lower the cpu by 18 and pg by 9.Don't care if you disagree simple saying that by removing the damp or lowering should leave more room for the cloak.It just makes sense.

To the OP: Alright, I will bite. I have been suggesting changing Scouts for a while to benefit lower SP people. The problem I have with the change is that since Advanced lasts twice as long, it is a clear level to get into but it is freakishly difficult to use if you do not have extreme level in Scout. With 3 levels of Scout, a Basic Cloak is 88 /19. With maxed levels, a Prototype Cloak is 83/18. Basically, it is too important not to max Scout if you want to use a Cloak period.
Reducing the basic Cloak by 16 CPU 5 PG will save the user nothing. At max levels, they are saving 4 CPU and 1.25 PG.
