2; there is an incredible amount of brown nosing going on. I understand people's excitement about Legion - I too want Legion to succeed, since Dust has been canned - but the reason so many people feel so betrayed is because we were marketed a console game that would have all of these features...and then we get the rug pulled from under us, told the game we actually did invest time, money and effort on this game, giving gofod feedback and advice which were soundly ignored for two years only to be told that CCP failed so are starting over anew. Saying that people's complaints are not justified is simply untrue, because CCP's 'DUST Keynore' was nothing of the sort. And Saberwing and your own assertions that CCP did not lie are also untrue: the keynote was supposed to be the next evolution of *DUST* and NOT a whole new game that is not accessible to the market they originally targeted and built a whole community around!

Anyway, that's very ranty, sorry, but the first video I found to be wanting when you talk about 'hard questions' - Booker's "what were you thinking" and about the future for console gamers were the only pertinent questions, while the level of CCP butt-covering was pretty immense, well beyond being polite and politic.

OK, two problems I have with the video:

I'm sorry guys but you're just not as funny as you think you are, and you spent far too much time dicking around like old mates when what I really wanted to happen was for one of you to grab Saberwing by the scruff of the neck and ask what the hell went wrong with this game after Uprising. Because frankly it's been a debacle and you know it.

What would you expect from people still playing Dust 514 even after it's neutering at FanFest?

I'm glad that one of the most common faces in the community, dev side, stopped by to talk with you guys. As from reading Saberwing's post to hearing him discuss the topics that were brought up, I feel that he's really passionate about the community and the future of Dust/Legion. That's good to hear.

I feel even more confident about the future.

that is a good point, our humour is not for everyone and most if not all our videos are just 2 guys dicking around, as we don't take it seriously, if we had grabbed CCP SaberWing by the scruff of the neck, we wouldn't have had any co-operation from the guy an he would have just simply left or just not answered any of our questions he joined us for a chat during his own personal time after he had finished work .

This is part 1 of a 3 part series in the next video a lot of misconceptions that have been floating around here in DUST 5 14 are blown out of the water, you will all just have to wait and see.

Yeah, I get that's your schtick and normally I'm all for it, but real dialogue between the people who vocally represent the community such as yourselves and the Devs is so, so rare. I saw the topic title and came to the video wanting Paxman but you guys gave me Graham Norton instead, if you get me. I'm aware you have three other parts and I'll watch those too.

You can choose to stop playing and fair play to you, we were all pretty let down by the news at fanfest and how it was delivered, but I have some really good friends that still play and I come back for that if nothing else

As for brown nosing....well I can see where you're coming from but the style we present here is pretty consistent with all our other videos, we generally take a lighthearted look at Dust and all who sail in her and that's what you get here. Enjoy it for what it is or if not, well at least you know you don't now have to waste your time on the next two parts!
