For the OP: In the PS3 menu, log into your psn then under account settings there should be an option to redeem codes. You can enter the 12 digit codes there. Thank you for helping out, I just tried this option though and it says code invalid, but that must be because the psn store is under maintanance right now or the code doesnt work, I have to wait till the psn store goes back up again and try again to redeem it, then it might work.

Psn store just updated to 1.10 for me and when I try accessing it, it says under maintanance, is it possible that the code cannot be redeem from my account settings just because the psn store is under maintanance right now? Please let me know.
