Legion announcement- Restructuring of PC and mild redefinement of "Competitive Gameplay" PC changes- another social experiment of potential legion numbers, meaningless effect on dusts outcome.
Dust will die one day, probably around the time legion goes live. Stop caring about Dust and move on.

Dust WILL die one day, in the undetermined future. You will also die one day, but that doesn't mean you just give up now. You play it out as best you can, having fun and learning. Build ingame relationships, forge friendships and corps. When Legion arrives, it will be the veterans of Dust who reign supreme. We will have our **** together. We will smash all opposition. Have fun in Dust, use it as practice. You don't drive a Ferrari without practicing on a few Civics.

Don't try and sell to me Roman. What I'm saying is hostility is pointless, just as much as confusing the purpose of these changes. Have fun sure, but these changes on dust and it's effects on the game shouldn't be a distraction. Isk doesn't matter now, nor did it ever. So what if we no longer need to hold districts, it's still a benefit. And the type of people being discussed now, are the ones with the narrow view and have a lack of imagination.

PC never mattered anyway, lag infested, disconnects during battles, no real meaning except to gain isk that never meant anything anyway.
I still play cause it is still fun at times but will be moving on to Destiny soon and PS2 when it launches with my whole corp. We definitely will not be on Legion, nor any other CCP game ever.
Yeah, PC never mattered and does not matter even more now.

Oh and Legion will fail, miserably... Meh, PS2 I don't think so, Destiny, I'm not sure about features for organizing people, honestly DUST has a good method of organiztion for groups/communities/clans which I see in few other games.

Dust will die one day, probably around the time legion goes live. Stop caring about Dust and move on. See, here's the thing with me. I want to quit, super badly, in fact. But Dust is like that cheap five dollar crackwhore you dated back in high school. You hate her, you want her dead, you've seen thousands of better women, but for some reason, you can't bring yourself to leave her, she's on that much crack.
Besides that, my PS3 just gave me the YLOD (basically meaning it's dead). Debating on getting it fixed or not. On the one hand, I can finally free myself of Dust much like the modern drug addict would (I'd imagine locking yourself in a room and weeping profusely that you ever picked up this habit for at least a good week). But on the other hand, paying the ballpark of I guess 50 to 100 dollars will get me all the other games I've been seeing Dust's back while she was going down the corner to get crack.
Games like:
Uncharted series The Last of Us (seriously, guys, change the name) The Fear series Record of Agarest series (soon as I get the rest of them) Bioshock series (well, just Infinite, finished the others, were pretty good) my one Assassins creed game (wasn't really digging it, Prince of Persia will always be my #1 acrobatic fighter game) The prince of Persia series (huge fan) I would say Skyrim, but I've got it on my PC as well (so much more fun modded out the anus) along with Oblivion too Trine 1 and 2 (great games, under appreciated IMO) Deus Ex Human Revolution (amazing game, but I'd honestly go back in time and rent it if I could, once you finish it, no drive to do it again) Mass Effect trilogy (Already got through the first two, was working on three)
And as I type this, I have realized three things.
1) I got WAY sidetracked.
2) I seem to be a trilogy junkie.
3) The goons are not trolling, they are simply angels sent from God to deliver us from this crappy game. They have seen the writings of the apostle Walt Whitman, and are here to save us from our own selves. Rejoice brothers! The cleansing is nigh!

I feel people should be more focused on how these changes will behave in a fully functional Legion, Dust has no future shouldn't receive such attention and frustration. On the other hand, I approve of your list. Love the Fear series, primarily the first game.

Here's my thing, I don't care about DUST, but Legion I do, and honestly some of this stuff will move over, and if legion brings large numbers of newer guys, there's going to need to be shepherds to lead, to help deal with CCP, to do kick asses, to give alts to important people, etc, Lions I'll be honest, every person here is incredibly valuable, even the bad players if they're coming over, honestly Lions your ranks will fill faster than any other group here's will, and you're going to have to brace for becoming a large power overnight, okay Sama will have to brace for it, as he's the guy who likely will be coordinating things.

Meh, PS2 I don't think so, Destiny, I'm not sure about features for organizing people, honestly DUST has a good method of organiztion for groups/communities/clans which I see in few other games. PS2 has multiple forms of chat including proxy chat. Plus you don't have to Q sync when you have more than six players on and all want to play together.
Organizing a clan does not revolve around one game, it revolves around the players themselves, we have our own website and comm there more than on game so Dust has really nothing to do with it.
Destiny looks awesome too...

Unplug it, lay it down, get an air compressor, or a vacuum cleaner, hell one time I even used a hair dryer, and air that f***er out. If you already have then I'm out of ideas lol
The major cause of YLOD is dust. Nearly all mysteriously fatal problems with the ps3 can be fixed by cleaning the dust out of it. Dude asked me to fix his ps3 because it wasn't reading discs. I took an q tip (no not the rapper Q Tip) and stuck it in the disc tray, and started thrusting and sliding it left and right. A few minutes later, it was playing a blueray.
I still have my fat 80 gb ps3 from when they first came out 6 years ago, it got the YLOD 3 times and it wasn't reading discs 5 times and all I ever did to fix it was clean it out. Anyway if it's actually broken then GL with that o/
