Herro,I'm kinda new to the amarr logi and uplinks. But could anyone either help me with the bonuses, like what is the percentage that actually affect the links? Or just some amarr logi tips,I currently am only o. Level two suit, but I have level 3 uplinks... Help? (or nah)
I'll miss this game,I really will. But I wil be here until the servers are shut down. o7 to everyone still here.

Couple of quick uplink tips.
While there are hard limitations on how many of a particular uplink you can deploy at a time (2 x R-9 uplinks deployed simultaneously, for instance), you can get around the limitations by deploying different types of uplinks. So if you equip a standard drop link along with the R-9 you can have three deployed at the same time.
With one more level in uplinks you'll make the quantum and flux uplinks available, which also allow two of each to be deployed at a time, and will make it relatively easy to deploy 6 uplinks simultaneously. Mucho WP.
As for the bonus, at 10% reduction on spawn time and +2 to max spawn count, at your level you'll have a 30% reduction to spawn time and +6 spawn. With the R-9, you go from a spawn time of 12 sec and Max spawn count of 15, to a spawn time of 8.4 sec (12 * 0.7) and spawn count of 21 (15 + 6).
Hope that helps. o7

Can you rephrase the question?
The suit affects every uplink. There's a chart floating around the forums somewhere which shows what the uplinks properties are with and without the Amarr bonus (at level 5). Bottom line is that the bonus is so powerful it makes STD uplinks as good as a proto uplink without the bonus.
The catch is that the bonus only applies when you are alive AND in an Amarr logi suit. If you die, the bonus appears to go away until you respawn. I assume that's a bug and not intended, but this is CCP so who knows. If you switch to any other suit besides an Amarr logi, you also lose the bonus, even if you dropped the uplink with one.

To add to this, it's as long as your clone is alive. So if you're laying on the ground but still not terminated your links will still be good.

This isn't quite correct as in the cast of uplinks the spawn time reduction is just subtracted from whatever penalty is present. A level 5 smart logi with a regular drop uplink (50% penalty aka 15 seconds base) drops it to 10 seconds base, a r9 goes to 7 seconds base instead of 12. In short the bonus equates to -1second delay per level of logi.

i can use adv uplinks so lets say i used logi suit and had 3 different types of drop uplinks i could place the max (of the type of drop uplink) of each uplink? like useing 2x R-9 2xN-11/A and 2x P-13 meaning i coudl effectivly have 6 uplinks running at any one time?
