I'm not sure if this item has been touched upon, but I haven't seen it mentioned in the forums. Currently there is a general X/Y speed setting as well as X/Y ADS settings. I find myself always going into the Options menu to either pump up my ADS X value when switching to assault rifles, or slashing back down to zero when switching to sniper. This is really annoying and affects the flow of the game.
Ideally, we should be able to spawn in whatever fitting we have created with optimized X/Y speed settings already dialed in. So the change I'm suggesting is that instead of a global X/Y setting, how about being able to set this per fitting? That way we can spawn in with whatever fitting makes sense for the given situation and get right back into the firefight, instead of mucking around in the Options menu. |

I tend to agree with you on that. Seems like every weapon is different and it makes it hard to switch to different weapons and be able to aim the same way. Im sure someone here will say I suck, but seriously, Ive never played a game before that operated like that. |

What about sidearms? Different turrets that aren't in fittings? Mouse vs stick? |

Better yet, instead of a per fitting setting how about allowing us to do a per weapon type setting ie setting for assault rifles, sniper rifles, mass drivers, forge guns, etc.
I personally believe that people who use keyboard/mouse combos already have a distinct advantage over people who use sticks on controllers. I've seen too many heavies doing the side-to-side doo *** shuffle to believe that people using mice need any more help. |
