With CCP Logibro's announcement of CPM 1 application registration, I am proudly claiming that I will not be running for CPM 1. Instead, I will gladly leverage the power of twitterverse and my Dust514 forum presence to promote the selfless agendas of hopeful candidates. This political action committee (of one) swears to hold no direct contact with or accepts funds from candidates for promotion.
How does this Super Pac work? It's easy.
-Send 400,000 ISK to 'Limbo' via the details contained within this lottery page. [Link]
-When the funds are deposited, a notification of the sender is displayed publicly here, under the ticket log. [Link]
-I will then promote the message you are asking to disperse on the forums and here from my twitter page. I have so many followers. 
Note: You may steal the funds of this super pac by joining the corporation, Xer Cloud Consortium, which gives all members director privileges and wallet access.

It's possible. Remember lottery pools reset every 2 weeks and tickets purchased are sent to a public corp wallet for players to steal. He would have to smartly space out that ISK which I believe he is capable of. The question is who is he going to support.

Voters/Candidates/Community: don't give a dime to Jadek or anyone else that is sticking their hand out this campaign season.
CPM candidates (or their alleged "supporters") have about as much need for your money as Blizzard does for your battle.net password. If either of them are asking....you should know better than to oblige. Parasites will inevitably start to come out of the woodwork in the months ahead, learn to spot them and deny them any satisfaction.
Yes, this was a tongue-in-cheek thread and I had my brief chuckle like everybody else, but I'm more than happy to be the party pooper again and warn players to spend their isk on the game, not the election.  If you're being hit up for donations, someone is taking you for a ride. A well-run campaign capable of winning the election shouldn't cost a dime, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. |

Yes, I do have a personal agenda driving this event, namely to drive attention to the corp theft system of the corporation I'm running, Xer Cloud Consortium. Driving political contributions, i.e. lottery tickets, further builds the amount of ISK that Brush Master sends back to the corporate wallet every 2 weeks when lotteries end. This consistency generates more activity and interest in other corp wallet games. Again, Xer is primarily an Alt-centric corporation (we have space for every single member of the community and more). No one is limited from access to the wallet, that's what makes things interesting.
Doing this under the auspices of campaign financing for a CPM election is just a fun narrative that adds a nice level of community meta interaction. Still, it's good to question everything, as you should.

Candidate with most total ISK deposited to my character, receives the guaranteed vote - no less than 6 times, which could be a significant percentage of the playerbase by the time elections come about.
