I was wondering now who is in charge of ensuring that the secondary market for Legion goes according to plan? I feel that this is highly important especially considering that the economy in New Eden is the most complex and delicate beast there is. This is after all an 11-year-old network of transactions, logistics, industry, research, manufacturing, war raging, suicide ganking, PLEX trading, courier contracts, etc. Practically anything and everything that happens in New Eden is driven by or is driving the secondary market. If New Eden is the human body, then the secondary market is the beating heart while the ISK is the blood, the regions are organs and the players the central nervous system. If the secondary market fails for any reason, New Eden will very likely die or get put into a coma on life support.
That said, I feel compelled to want to know who is it that we should be talking to within CCP that can talk to us and help us rest assured that Legion's secondary market will be properly setup in a way that will ensure the safety of the economy in both Legion itself and that of Eve Online while at the same time keeping to the very spirit of New Eden itself which is free market enterprise.
This is not a direct request to let us change the economy. This is a request to be given some kind of valid reassurance that the economy will go smoothly in Legion so that one day it will be ready to merge with the economy of Eve Online when the time comes.

Last I checked, he's the monetization director at CCP Shanghai as well as being involved in the progression of Legion. That doesn't really say anything about how much he decides on the secondary economy as a whole for Legion.

I was told that he was working on the market and monetization last week, so I assume that he's the head for working on the market as well.

Not likely. Working on the market is not the same as being the head of it. He could be working alongside someone else who is the actual head of the market.
