Straight shot, no arc. 2 or 3 rounds per clip assault version with less dmg. I know you're buffing dmg so kudos there. Overall to fix this weapon we need to loose the arc.

The arc is what makes it a unique weapon.
Maybe flattening it somewhat, or increasing projectile speed, or both, but not removing the arc totally. That makes it a dumbfire missile launcher and nothing more.

I'm quite pleased with the damage buff, actually.
At the extreme end of power for the plasma cannon, a prof 5 allotek with a damage mod on a level 5 Galmando -might- be able to one shot a BPO LAV. I haven't run the exact calculations but it might be able to.
That'd be hilarious.
Not sure if it'd be on par with other AV weapons, but it'd be hilarious.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Speed increase would be ideal, the arc is fine and splash dmg should not be touched.
The direct dmg buff is a good start, hopefully they ironed out the remaining bugs that the PLC still suffers from.

LOL YUP! sometimes 3 shots to kill an LAV.. cannot wait to 2 shot turrets and 1 shot LAV. Hopefully 2 shot a Militia tank. I think lvl prof, galmando 5 and 1 dmg mod it will output approx 1950 hp.
Arkena, if you want to squad up some time, let me know. I will happily Galmando with you. I would like to know some active PLC/commando channels.. I joined a few but they are always empty 
OP- the arc is great, I just wish there was more velocity! The arc is how you manage to kill a guy 150m away on a hill..get good!
