CCP please reevaluate your proposed changes, and think it through a bit more.

We're slower, so we need more of a heads up to gtfo dodge :P I love my shotgun, but with 1% range amp bonus, it's going to make fitting dual dampened/amp mod fit that's shotgun worthy. Mainly because we'll have to fit an extra range amp. :( That would leave room, for 1 kinkat, or ferro plate. With a shotgun fit, you gotta know whats around you at a further distance because you're severely out-ranged by almost every weapon. reconsider this. CCP you should start with one nerf then evaluate before you add another. Nerfing the same item twice in one patch is a bad idea.

(a gallante should only have to dedicate to slots for max stealth, with cloak engaged) Stealth requires speed, how can you carry all that and be efficiently stealthy :P Support Balancing scouts
