Rattati is not new tho! He has been here with us since the start. But not working directly in the game or being a troll blue tagger like Logibro, Foxfour, and Saberwing are. He talks when is neccesary.

He's not new, he's has been with CCP in a non-developer role for quite a while now (something to do with finance I think)
He used to post more as a player with a blue tag than an actual dev, and earned a lot of the communities respect as a result - so he was a good choice for the role. |
