Because tanks are easy enough to glass cannon fit as is, adding in the Enforcers would just throw tank v tank all out of whack and make redline rails an even bigger issue than it already is. And the LLAV's were about as hard to kill as tanks are now except they were more mobile, could fit into tighter spaces, were a smaller target to hit, moved faster, and AV has been nerfed since then further complicating the first point on them about their survivability. Double the LLAV comments as it pertains to dropships and add the fact that they can escape to the flight ceiling in moments were any massive AV movements made against them.
In short: No, no, and HELL no.

I would be in favor of nerfing regenerative modules and then re-introducing the Logistics LAVs along with Shield & Armor Transporters.
Though there would need to be serious adjustments to them. It only takes a 2/3 or 3/2 layout to make an HAV, so I wouldn't want to think of what would happen if we had a vehicle with a 3/3 or 4/2 layout.

But you know redline raiguns are no longer a problem since their distance nerf, AV are getting a buff and this maybe, MAYBE, will get things balanced. I dont see the problem why not bringin them, we have a lack of variation and stuff, when they were ingame they were good.
