I would say point defense like the other Amarr Frames, but the Caldari Scout is best suited for that role. Flanking is best suited for Gal/Cal Scouts as well; and the Matari already have "Speed Hax" If it does have a role, it's massively out-performed by other Scouts/Light Frames. Vastly overrated considering you move slower, so any of the faster scouts would get to the same point with less stamina and faster. Amarr are the good guys.

The suit itself is far better than a lot of suits in the game, but compared to other scouts it is by far the worst. Amarr are the good guys.
