Ok I'll actually address this. Though you've given no real rationalisations and just seems like these are the things that kill you and therefore frustrate and therefore should be nerfed. This is why CCP does and largely should ignore us.



Sniper reload: Ok, yeah I guess, with a damage increase could make it an interesting sorta "you have to really aim" thing. Would make counter sniping the sniper heavies problematic as your first shot won't kill and they'll just waddle away.
So with that in mind I will say no.

HMG damage goes down to 4: Uh.... what? 4 what? 4 damage per round? Are you serious? I'm... lost for words.
Hell no comes to mind.

Forge guns vs infantry: Well this would explain why all the heavies are running around with forges because they really are the ultimate anti infantry weapon, it has no charge, a good zoom, a huge clip, does 400RPM and a 3m splash radius and there's no way to avoid it. Being a moving target only makes you easier to kill.

Heavy Armour and Shields should be lower: Yes, remove the point of the heavy suit, they need to go back to being less tankier to kill than those medium suits we all love.

Scouts should be slower: Totally agree, just remove kincats from the game. All real scouts stack plates to the max anyway.
A light build for stealth hacking, flanking manoeuvres or setting traps doesn't need any sort of speed. It's irrelevant and is a crutch used by those who don't stack armour plates like the ones playing hard mode.
And as we all know light things don't move fast, light frames should actually go slower as they have to fight wind resistance due to their surface area to mass ratio. When scouts fire their guns it should throw them back like a feather in the wind.

If you look at their catridges and their ROF they can do around 300 damage per second

Snipers should have to reload at every shot,
LOL the only viable snipers are the charge and thales

What incentive would there be to use a heavy weapon if it is out performed by a light weapon

You are getting shot by something designed to kill a tank and you expect to survive??!

It's a heavy it's gonna have high HP the trade off is slow, huge hitbox, and no equipment... deal with it

scouts should be slower.
Scouts are supposed to be fast the trade off is low HP(not so much right now but it's getting tweaked soon)
