We are the reincarnation of the Jove.
We live forever as they aspired to, we die regularly with little consequence and so we have no time to develop the genetic illness from which they all suffer.
We are also the death of the Jove since none of us are actually Jovian, we are "Jovian" only by virtue of our implants.
IDK, I am probably wrong though this is a thought I had while driving earlier.
It'd be really cool if we really found out the real story behind 5-1-4 since Dust will be evolving into Legion.

I don't know how our relation to the Jove has any relevance at all to the meaning of 514 in this context.

We aren't Jovian in any way. Only the first few were, of whom only Vince remains. (If my memory of Templar One is correct)
The Amarr reverse-engineered the tech; there is no longer anything to be gained by raiding Sleeper facilities for immortal-clone tech.

This could also be taken as just another nail in the Jove coffin.
Also, the Amarr reverse engineering the tech doesn't change that it is based on the Jove tech.
The Jove tech was the seed, the Amarr just reverse engineered it into a plant.
It is also just further proof that they've been successfully subsumed into the four other races

Well we aren't Jove, the Jove use to be like us but now they are so genetically modified they might as well not be human. I mean they don't even give birth anymore they are grown in tubes.
I feel like 514 has something to do with the other, something to do with the empress and the amarr, maybe holy scripture? Some people have looked at this and the word dust does come up in 5:14 |
