Every match has at least 5 cloakers with shotguns (counting each side together) and 8 heavies with HMGs? (counting both sides again)
Or do i just have ****** luck with match finding?
MY SP BRINGS ALL THE MERCS TO THE CHANNEL AND THEY ARE LIKE "Do you wanna squad up?" DAMN RIGHT I WANNA SQUAD UP

here's what I see thru my Sniper Scope:
Heavy's
Scout's
Commando's
Militia Suits
Logi Suits
in that order on the field....Scouts and Militia are the only OHK's now..sad, sad days......
I find a corp I like just when the game is dying....figures....

You're not wrong - but you should see it as a challenge. Spotting cloaked scouts isn't a big deal and is immensely satisfying when you kill them - at which point you are entitled to a right old evil laugh.
Hacking stuff with static cloaks around is, of course, a lottery.. but hey that's just part of the game now.
Heavies? Get some RE's in your fitting and annoy the crap out of them by swooping in quickly and terminating the beasts 2 at a time!

that seems about right.
personally, i main scout, but i've been running mostly heavy lately. but if i keep shotgunned in the back, then i'll happily pull out my scout ck.0. yeah, try and sneak up on me then! 
i also occassionally run assault mk.0, but you can't run assault without a good squad.

Preferably one with some scouts in it :(
Which is why I'm in the process of skilling up CalScout. Amarr Assault just don't cut it solo.

I always laugh when I fire my breach shotgun at a cloaked scout and they just die.

This.
Matches with at least 8 snipers on my team.
Matches where you realized that is lost when in the beginning your team is not doing effort to take capture point(you need like 3 minutes aprox to take notice of that specially on Domination), even scouts when they can reach first they came at last, even a heavy can get faster.
Matches full of snipers.
Matches full of afks. if not that blues playing for the red side.
A Match where only 3 players trying to capture a point. The other running car races or just throwing it to oblivion. I keep a heavy alive from a couple of Cloaked shotguns but nothing more until i get bore.
A lot of bad luck these days.
