Shield tank vs armor. Armor has more HP, way more reps (complex heavy plate reps over 180 armor and when you stack them you get a mofo repping 400+ hp/s)
P.S. shield boosters don't even replenish the HP they are suppose to, where the f is my 1900 shield when I need it the most?
Shield vehicles die to armor damaging AV much faster than armor. My python has to run away after like 2 volleys of militia swarms whereas my incubus can be their all day and never die. Even one missiles from a swarm can stop my 40% hardened shield from repping. All freaking shield tanks had over armor was the resistances now they have been nerfed to sh*t. A damage modded militia blaster sheds through my 40% resisted 4000 shields like butter.
Literally armor vehicles are like gallante assault suits repping 75 armor a sec passively with 800 armor.
Yes, shield tanks are good at using missiles but missiles are unreliable, they don't really without damage mods, their spread is huge and if you miss one missile you have a 10 second reload ahead of you. Also, missiles cost so much freking SP. (I have them to proto with all my skills to 4-5 in them)
TL;DR- make it so you can passively shield rep through blaster fire, and swarms. Swarms shouldn't be a threat to shield tanks because they are specialized for killing armor just like missiles don't do **** to shield tanks.
also blasters need a serious nerf, the militia blaster takes like 3 shots to kill my 500 ehp proto scout and its fking annoying.
Reduce blaster damage by 30% then reduce effective range by 30%.

Armor repairs need a huge reduction. Either they should be active mods or made more like dropsuit repairs (percentage wise).
Armor tanks need a speed reduction (below Gunnlogies) with a slight agility increase. Nitros need to be vehicle low slots.
I think large missiles should be 3-4 round bursts, honestly. I don't like the whole insta-ganking of armor tanks, despite my love for missiles. Make them more accurate at medium ranges (which with removal of full auto should remedy), add shotgun style reloading, add an anti-shield variant (EM), then they'll be fine.
Boosters are bugged to where they won't apply when taking damage that would stop normal shield regen (though they instantly start normal shield regen regardless).
Blasters need a range and accuracy reduction, damage is fine, imo.
