In legion can we have Minning drones
they mine we sell it on the EvE online Ore market
they cost about the same amount of isk in Legion
Each drones for different crap,like ore ice or gas
But then if you think about it
EvE online players could either scoop em up or destroy them..........
But not unless its in Highsec????

You obviously don't know how drones work, nor why we could have other things other than drones.

Legion, at the moment, is the same that DUST has been up until the point that Rouge announced "we can't do it on the PS3": a big ball of ideas but nothing there.
It is like the Kingdoms of Amalur MMO or Duke Nukem: Forever during the 14 years it was being created. "Oh, that's a great idea! Let's do that!" "Hey, what about this!" "The players want this!" "Deus Ex has this; let's have it too!" It is a big creative ball of what is going to happen IF the game goes on to what it is meant to be. Of course, like Kingdoms of Amalur (and DUST now) Legion may just never happen. Even worse, what if it is like Forever where all this build up becomes something that is just completely terrible on every conceivable level?
In short: anything can happen with Legion. Throw what you want at the Big Ball of Ideas and we can only see what sticks and what slides off.
