Scottie, who is the one everyone blames these in-game glitches on, is actually just a battle finder. Jeffry is the bolas driver. actually, he is everything BESIDES the battle finder. I learned this through an AI setup from a company that is testing AI in multiple games, (DUST, BL2, PS2, etc.) and they actually respond to you if you talk to them, with human-like replies, (Don't ask them to pronounce supply depot as SD,reamm or supply depo, they will get mad and just say it as it looks) just to inform everyone that gets mad at Scottie, Blame Jeffry instead :)

They are programs (Scottie) and AI's (Jeffry) so they are not human, have no feelings, and can't really do things besides do what they were made to do, and player glitches are also a result of U3, wishing it could upgrade to U4, but that would kill your PS3 in a week. soo uhh, yeah.

I hate Jeffrey more than Scotty. Scotty says "sorry, I guess it is going to be a little longer until you can play" but Jeffrey will drop your vehicle up and down repeatedly, deliver on top of a roof, or be totally content with just sitting there while it gets blown to hell. Jeffrey is a monster...
